AISI 316H / S31609 is a high alloy content of 17Cr - 12Ni - 2.5Mo solution Heat Treated, Corrosion resisitant Austenitic Stainless Steel. it offers in form of round bar, wire rod, forgings, hollow bar and Rings.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy is usually produced by AOD / VOD followed by electroslag refining (ESR) / VAR if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied black/bright in the softened condition.
Final heat treatment - solution treatment / QT
