TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Starndard specification for high-temperature bolting, with expansion coefficients comparable to austenitic Stainless steel with yield strength ranging from 345 to 827 MPa for use in high-temperature service such as fasteners for pressure vessel and valve flanges.
Nuclear reactor, Turbine engine parts - mechanical gears, gear shaft, main axis, blade
Mechanical parts - bolt and nut, fastener, Gas turbine blade, Fuel nozzle.
These materials must stand up to high heat, extreme oxidation potential and recycling.
FORMS AND SHAPES
Round bar (Diameter): 0.50mm to 200mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 3mm to 500mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, and other different shapes based on OEM.
