HEAT TREATMENT PRACTICE

Hardened:1052° C (+/-) for 30 mins followed by oil quench
1st Tempered: 560 ~ 590° C for 1 hour min followed by air cool
2nd Tempered: 538 ~ 560° C for 3 hours min followed by air cool.
