MAIN FEATURES AND MELTING PROCESS
The steels shall be manufactured by melting process EF, LF + EAF+ VD, IFF + ESR Melted. VIM + ESR can be handled by agreement. Forgings may be furnished in one of the following conditions: stress relieving; annealing; solution treatment; solution treatment and ageing; normalizing; normalizing and tempering; or quenching and tempering.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Alloy structural steels are widely used in the filed of ship, vehicle, airplane, guided missile, weapons, railway, bridges, pressure vessel, machine tools, mechanical components with a bigger sectional size and so on.
Power generation – turbine fasteners – boiler support rods.
Process plant – fasteners, Mechanical gears, gear shaft, main axis, valve rods.
Mechanical parts - connecting rods, bolts and nuts, Multidiameter shafts.
PRODUCT PROFILE AND SUPPLYING FORMS
Round bar & Disc (diameter): 5.50mm to 800mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 800mm
Length: random length, fixed length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Steel strip: T0.20 ~ 3mm X W10 ~ 200mm X Coil
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T4 - 200mm X W100 - 1500mm X L1000-12000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM requirement.
