MELTING PROCESS AND APPLICATIONS
The
steels shall be manufactured by melting process EF + ESR, EAF+ LF + VD, EAF+ LF + VD + ESR, IFF + ESR Melted. VIM + ESR can be handled by agreement.
Alloy structural steels are widely used in the filed of ship, vehicle, airplane, guided missile, weapons, railway, bridges, pressure vessel, machine tools, mechanical components with a bigger sectional size and so on.
Power generation – turbine fasteners – boiler support rods.
Process plant – fasteners.
Mechanical gears, gear shaft, main axis, valve rods.

Round bar / rod / disc (diameter): 5.50mm to 800mm
Square bar / Flat bar (Width X Thickness): 8mm to 600mm
Steel strip: T0.20 ~ 3mm X W10 ~ 200mm X Coil
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T4 - 200mm X W10 - 1200mm X Lmm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM requirement.
