MELTING PROCESS AND APPLICATIONS
The steels SCM440 shall be manufactured by melting process EF + ESR, EAF+ LF + VD, EAF+ LF + VD + ESR, IFF + ESR Melted. VIM + ESR can be handled by agreement.
Alloy structural steels are widely used in the filed of ship, vehicle, airplane, guided missile, weapons, railway, bridges, pressure vessel, machine tools, mechanical components with a bigger sectional size and so on.

Mechanical gears, gear shaft, main axis, valve rods
PRODUCT PROFILE & DIMENSIONS
Round bar / rod / disc (diameter): 5.5mm to 800mm
Square bar / Flat bar (Width X Thickness): 3mm to 800mm
Length: random length, fixed length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Steel strip: T0.20 ~ 3mm X W10 ~ 2000mm X Coil
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T40 - 450mm X W50 - 1200mm X L1000 - 5000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM requirement.
