MAIN FEATURES AND MELTING PROCESS
The steels shall be manufactured by melting process EF, LF + EAF+ VD, IFF + ESR Melted. VIM + ESR can be handled by agreement.
Forgings may be furnished in one of the following conditions: stress relieving; annealing; solution treatment; solution treatment and ageing; normalizing; normalizing and tempering; or quenching and tempering.

Steel strip: T0.20 ~ 3mm X W10 ~ 2000mm X Coil
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T4 - 200mm X W1000- 2500mm X L1000-12000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM requirement.
