CLASSIFICATION AND APPLICATION
Bearing steel is a type of steel used in the field of fabricating the ball, pin roller, sleeve for antifriction bearing. and also measuring implements, cold-punching die, lead screw and precision components of diesel engine oil pump. Bearing steel is divided into high-carbon chromium bearing steel, carburizing bearing steel, stainless bearing steel, high temperature bearing steel, medium-carbon bearing steel.
Generally, condition of delivery is hot rolled+annealing, cold drawn+annealing.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy is usually produced by LF /EAF /IFF /VD followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different levels according to the buyers' specific requirements.
Round bar / Hexagon & Disc (diameter): 5.50mm to 800mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 800mm
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T10 - 400mm X W100 - 1500mm X L1000-12000mm
Forging piece: stepped shafts, and other different shapes based on OEM.
Others (%): Cu ≤0.30, Al ≤0.050
