MELTING PROCESS

The steel shall be made by the basic electric-furnace (EF + LF + VD ) or Vacuum induction melting (VIM) process. Subsequent secondary melting of the steel by ESR or VAR.

Round bar (diameter): 5.5 mm to 500mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 500mm
Steel strip: T0.20 ~ 3mm X W10 ~ 2000mm X Coil
Forging piece: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM.
