1.7715 is a low alloy high tensile, high temperature structural steel, 1.7715 Stock Available Round bar, flat bar, plate, and forgings ESR & VAR technique
TECHNICAL DATASHEET - W-Nr 1.7715
MATERIAL CATEGORY: High temperature structural steel
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy is usually produced by EAF /VD /LF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different level according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright in the annealed condition.
Final heat treatment - Quenched and tempered.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS - DIN EN 10028-2 (2003), DIN 17755 (1983)
