The alloy 22CrMoNiWV8.8 is usually produced by EAF / VD / LF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different level according to the buyers' requirements.
Hot working temperature /℃: 1050 ~ 850
Hardness after annealing ≤HBS: 255
Tensile strength, |σb≥/MPa: 650 ~ 850
Yield strength, |σs≥/MPa: 550
Elongation, |δ5≥/(%): 13.0
Reduction of area, |ψ≥/(%): 40.0
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy 22CrMoNiWV8.8 is usually produced by EAF / VD / LF followed by electroslag refining (ESR) if necessary for special purpose. Bars and, where applicable, forgings are subjected to ultrasonic examination based on the different level according to the buyers' requirements.
Bars are usually supplied bright in the annealed condition, or bright annealing specially.
Final heat treatment - Quenched and tempered.

Plate / Steel strip: 1.0mm to 200mm

Length: random length or based on the customer's special requirement
Forged steel shape: stepped shafts, other different shapes based on OEM
