MELTING PROCESS & APPLICATION
This
alloy is generally smelt in Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), BEF (AOD) & VIM + Electroslag remelting (ESR). For a purpose of superior quality, it should be smelt via technology of vacuum refining or by agreement.
It is suitable for applications such as high tensile shafts, bolts and nuts, gears, pinions spindles and so on.

Round bar: 5.5mm to 410mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 650mm
Wire rod: 1.0mm to 13.0mm
Steel strip: THK0.5 ~ 3.0mm, Width 10 ~ 650mm
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Other different shapes based on OEM.
